Sinkor, Monrovia-December 19, 2025 - The Executive Director of the Governance Commission (GC) Hon. Jallah C. Kesselly has called on young graduates of the Elevation Institute of Technology to cultivate the spirit of contributing to the growth of society.
The ICT institution located in Sinkor conducted its elaborate Fifth convocation ceremony on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Monrovia.
Speaking as a guest orator, Mr. Kesselly embraced the school administration invitation, describing it as an honor to speak directly to those emerging ICT specialists.
Mr. Kesselly told the young graduates not to just consider their achievements as ordinary but a declaration of readiness to contribute, innovate, and succeed.
The Governance Commission Executive Director underscored the importance of ICT, noting that the global world is currently driven by a successful information technology. "In today's world, success is increasingly driven by digital skills. ICT has become the new language of opportunity," Mr. Kesselly intimated.
He told the graduates that by choosing ICT and digital studies, they have positioned themselves in one of the most demanded fields in the job market. "Your skills are needed in government offices, private companies, schools, hospitals, and across the global economy," Mr. Kesselly stressed.
